SPR# DBLK8R4SMF - Fixes issue where the message "Warning! Failed to allocate message queue resource;post-crash/fault recovery shutdown system disabled." displays on Domino console during server start up. Once this message occurs, if a Domino server crash occurs, the server will NOT automatically restart to recover from the failure.
